Onboarding
I’ll send over a contract and invoice. Once signed and paid, you’ll fill out a content strategy deep dive form — it gives me the context I need to do great work.
Content Audit
I’ll dig into your existing content: what’s working, what’s underperforming, and what can be optimized or repurposed. You’ll get everything in a Notion dashboard with clear, prioritized recommendations.
Strategy Call
We’ll walk through the audit findings together. I’ll outline your custom strategy, core content themes, and short-term opportunities. You can bring your team or just yourself — totally up to you.
Implementation
Depending on your package, I’ll either hand you the playbook or work with my team to bring it to life.
Handoff
If you opted for strategy-only, you’ll get all deliverables neatly packaged in a Notion workspace: audit, recommendations, content bank, and SOPs for your team. If we’re doing ongoing work, we’ll keep the engine running and iterate based on results.
